I have been and Enrolled Agent since 1994.  I have been preparing taxes and assisting tax payers with IRS issue for over 30 years.

My mission is to understand your tax situation and to provide simplified solutions to your personal and business tax matters.

I specialize in taxation. Preparation of all types of Federal tax returns along with multiple state tax filings.

My passion is tax resolution and representation.  I take complex and unique tax situations, carefully analyze and listen to your special needs, concerns and goals.  Then develop a plan of action that we agree upon and implement that course of action.

No problem is too small, everyone’s situation is unique and important. I believe that knowledge is power and am willing to my knowledge and strategy.

I also strongly believe in the power of the IRS’s Taxpayer’s Bill of Rights which I will be happy to discuss in our meetings.  The IRS, and ALL governing entities work for the US Taxpayers and I never let them forget that.
